At Onyx Elite Express, we are committed to providing a luxury transportation experience that is reliable, polished, and enjoyable for every client. Please review the following policies before booking.
Deposits and Booking
A deposit is required to secure all reservations. Deposit amounts vary by service and will be applied at the time of booking. A reservation is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Payment
Final payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for paying any remaining balance by the agreed-upon deadline. Additional fees may apply based on wait time, travel outside of standard service areas, extra stops, or special service requests.
Wait Time
Certain services include a set time frame. If service extends beyond the included time, additional wait time fees will apply.

Travel Outside of Valdosta
Services outside of Valdosta may include an additional travel fee. This fee varies depending on distance, service type, and location.

Vehicle Condition
We take pride in maintaining a clean, luxury vehicle for every client. Clients are expected to treat the vehicle with care and respect during service. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the vehicle is left excessively messy after a booking.
For photoshoot bookings, sitting or standing on the vehicle will result in an additional $25 fee.
Time Limits
Each package includes a specific time frame. Clients are responsible for adhering to the scheduled service window. Any extension of service is based on availability and may result in additional charges.
Strict time frames apply to prom and VIP-style bookings.
Special Occasion Add-Ons
Special setups, including decor elements such as roses, petals, cards, or similar enhancements, must be requested in advance and may be subject to availability. Pricing for these enhancements will be confirmed at the time of booking unless already included in the selected package.
Photoshoot and After-Hours Services
Photoshoot bookings are subject to package time limits. After-hours shoots will incur an additional $25 fee. Travel fees may also apply for shoots scheduled outside of Valdosta.
Service Area and Pricing
All pricing listed by Onyx Elite Express is subject to change based on distance, wait time, custom requests, holiday demand, or changes in service needs. Final pricing will always be confirmed before the booking is finalized.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including pickup time, pickup location, destination, and any requested stops. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information may affect service timing and could result in additional charges.
Right to Refuse Service
Onyx Elite Express reserves the right to refuse or end service if a client’s behavior is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or causes damage to the vehicle.
